GL3 L-glutamine
5 grams This is probably one of the most exciting bodybuilding supplement discoveries in recent times. I put a heavy emphasis on keeping my L-glutamine stores at maximum levels. Recent studies have revealed that L-glutamine contributes to muscle growth (protein synthesis) and prevents muscle breakdown (anti-proteolytic). Supplementing with L-glutamine spares free L-glutamine in muscles, counteracts the fall in muscle protein synthesis, and improves nitrogen balance. I need to get some supplemented L-glutamine into my system as soon as I wake up in the morning.

VP2 Whey Protein Isolate

mixed with

2 scoops of VP2

and

1 scoop of Creatine HSC

I put the most emphasis on protein when constructing my supplementation program. Muscle is protein—Protein is muscle! I make it an immediate priority to ingest protein as soon as I wake up in the morning. After sleeping for four to six hours without eating anything, now is when my body really needs to be nourished with a healthy dose of high-quality protein. And as far as quality is concerned, there is no better protein than VP2 on the market today. Gram for gram, VP2 has more protein than any other protein made. VP2 is processed using a state-of-the-art Dynamic Membrane Nano-Filtration which research has proven provides higher nitrogen uptake

I take my first serving of creatine before my morning weight training workout. The carbohydrates in the Creatine HSC efficiently fuel my intense training sessions.

ALA 200 - Alpha Lipoic Acid
1 capsule This supplement has been shown to mimic 
insulin, enhance glucose utilization, augment amino acid transport, and lower 
blood sugar. ALA 200 also is a very powerful antioxidant--making it the ideal 
supplement to take right after my heavy and intense workouts.

ALA 200 also increases my creatine uptake. Right before and right after my 
workouts is also when I take 5 grams of AST Sports Science's Creatine HSC. I 
suggest you take one ALA 200 capsule right before and right after your weight 
training session as well.

Dymetadrine® Xtreme

2 capsules Well, you've read my personally written testimonial in the magazine ads. What more can I say (that you probably already don't know for yourself) about the most effective energy enhancer and metabolic synergist money can buy?

I take Dymetadrine Xtreme 20 to 30 minutes to bolster my hardcore, heavy, and intense workouts.

VP2 Whey Protein Isolate

mixed with

It's important that I start the recovery process immediately after breaking down muscle during my intense training sessions. Because protein is a critical part to the muscle repair process, I'll consume 2 scoops (48 grams) of VP2--just as I did before my workout.

And, just as I did before my workout, I'll add one scoop of Creatine HSC to those two scopps of VP2. Right after my training sessions is the ideal time for my body to absorb the creatine and the carbohydrates in the Creatine HSC augment the recovery process.

ALA 200 - Alpha Lipoic Acid
1 capsule ALA 200 also increases my creatine uptake. Right before and right after my 
workouts is also when I take 5 grams of AST Sports Science's Creatine HSC. I 
suggest you take one ALA 200 capsule right before and right after your weight 
training session as well.

NAC 500

2 capsules NAC 500 is a supplement that help you recover sooner rather than later because of it's scientifically proven antioxidant effects.

The mode of action in which NAC appears to exert its effect lies in its ability to increase glutathione levels in the bloodstream. Glutathione is one of your body's most effective antioxidants supporting the quenching of destructive free radicals. 

Weight training has been show to generate massive amounts of catabolic free radicals. It is these free radicals that catabolizes or breaks down muscle tissue. Studies show that NAC supplementation increases blood serum glutathione levels as high as 500% in comparison to controls. It's believed that this NAC induced increase in glutathione is responsible for many of the positive influences NAC has on preserving and increasing lean body mass.

VP2 Whey Protein Isolate
1 scoop I take one scoop of VP2 (24 grams of protein) with each of my four regular food meals each day. Gram for gram, VP2 has more protein than any other protein made. Consistently consuming high-quality protein, augmented by consistent, intense, and heavy training in the gym, is what builds significant muscle mass over time.

Multi Pro 32x
1 capsule Multi-Pro 32x is designed specifically for the important nutritional demands of the hard training athlete.
