Allocating The Money You Invest Into Supplements Every Month

If you are committed
to improving your physique and understand the importance of taking AST Sports
Science’s sports nutrition, then this article is just what you need to read in
order to make wise buying decisions.
Obviously
some supplements are more important to take than others. But exactly how should
you go about spending the money you budget every month for supplements?
It’s extremely important

Properly allocating your
monthly sports nutrition dollar is necessary when striving to reach your goals.
Although you can always expect the highest quality from all the AST Sports
Science products you buy, some sports nutrition products are more important than
others.
If
you are trying to pack-on high-quality, dense muscle mass and stay lean at the
same time, I would your supplement budget be appropriated this way:
Ny-Tro
Pro 40 - 50 percent. Ny-Tro
Pro 40s are complete, nutritious meals that support my bodybuilding
goals—without cleaning up the usual mess you have when eating regular food.
Ny-Tro Pro 40s are already in the proper proportions of calories, protein,
carbohydrates, and essential fat.
I
eat eight (8) meals a day, four (4) of those meals come quickly and conveniently
from Ny-Tro Pro 40. I rotate eating one regular food meal and then a Ny-Tro Pro
40 two hours; a regular food meal and then another Ny-Tro Pro 40 two hours
later, etc.
VP2
Whey Isolate – 25 percent. How can you ever go wrong getting the very best source of protein
available on the market? As Paul Delia told me years ago, "Muscle IS
protein. Protein IS muscle!" Years later and literally hundreds of servings

Dymetadrine
Xtreme – 2.5 percent. You've read my personally written testimonial in the magazine ads. What
more can I say (that you probably already don't know for yourself) about the
most effective energy enhancer and metabolic synergist money can buy?
I
take Dymetadrine Xtreme 20 to 30 minutes to bolster my hardcore, heavy, and
intense workouts. When I'm watching my diet closely and trying to get the
"shredded" look, I take Dymetadrine Xtreme a couple of times

All
other products – 2.5
